Kuopio Epilepsy Symposium 2020 link to virtual meeting
Thursday 26th March 09:00-16.45 and Friday 27:th of March 08:30-16:00:
Register to the meeting and you will be waiting in the lobby until the event starts. You can leave and re-enter the meeting at any time. If you wish to communicate, you can chat by writing at any time. You can ask for a permission to speak by rising your hand (gestures at the lower right corner of the chat window). You will be notified, when the permission is given and then you must open your microphone (and webcam if desired) by clicking the red icons on the bottom of the live feed. An external (headset) microphone is recommended.

Please use Google Chrome for attending the webinar meeting. Please do NOT use INTERNET EXPLORER, as it is not supported. We recommend using the latest version of other browsers. If you face problems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Links for the virtual meetings have been sent for all registered participants on 23.3.2020. If you have not received the email (subject: Kuopio Epilepsy Symposium | Links and instructions) please check your junk email or send us a mail to KuopioEpilepsySymposium@groups.uef.fi.
Poster exhibition will be virtual. All abstracts and posters will be published in electronic format on the Kuopio Epilepsy Symposium website. Oral presentations will be held on Friday, 27 March starting at 11:45 am. Please see the symposium program for details. All poster providers have been informed of the changes.
Certificate of attendance will be sent for those who have registered and filled in the feedback form. Link to the feedback form will be sent on Friday, 27 March.
It’s also possible to get certificate regarding theoretical medical specialist education for those who have registered and filled the feedback form. Please, send your request by e-mail to KuopioEpilepsySymposium@groups.uef.fi.
There will be no refund for registration fees - Force Majeure
After careful thinking and critical evaluation organizers are forced to follow the original rule (no refunds after 6th of March). Registration fees cover only partly symposium costs already realized and still to be charged. Organizers will try to ensure arrangements of virtual symposium and PowerPoints for further learning and giving also the possibility to new colleagues from your institution to join free of charge. Mutual solidarity is appreciated in exceptional circumstances.
